Returns Policy


We’re sorry your purchase didn’t work out. But don’t worry; we have a great returns policy to help you out.

All purchases can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery and returned goods must be received within 14 days from the date you informed us of the return.

Purchases may be opened for inspection but must not be installed or used and must be repackaged securely in the original packaging if you wish to return it.

If we discover goods have been used or there has been a loss in value of the goods due to damage to the goods, or packaging, while in your care or whilst being returned to us, we will reduce the amount refunded, which may amount to the full cost of the appliance, to cover loss of value of goods. 

We accept no responsibility for goods damaged or lost while in transit to us. 

The cost of the return, including all packaging and freight, lies solely with the consumer. We may offer to collect the appliance or issue a postage paid label and the cost of this will be deducted from your refund. Any products with a hygiene seal or bag may only be returned if unopened and in their original packing, this includes but is not limited to; razors, hair dryers, beard trimmers, water filters, electric blankts, foot spas, hair clippers, and hair stylers.

Please note delivery charges will not refunded in any circumstances for any change of mind return. 


I have received a damaged product from you, what should I do?

First off, if you have received a damaged product from us, do not plug it in. Any appliances that are plugged in are deemed ‘as used and accepted’ and are not accepted as returns. All damages must be reported to us via phone/email/voicmeail within 24hours of receipt of goods. Please ensure you check your items upon delivery in advance of signing for the delivery.

If you notice that the packaging and/or product is damaged during delivery please alert the Delivery Driver to this and he/she will remove the appliance there and then.

If you wish to begin the return process, please visit our Returns and Cancellations Page and fill out the relevant information.

Be sure to fill out your name, email address, order ID, and any other reverent details we may need to know in relation to your return. Attaching pictures of the appliance may help to speed up the returns process.

Once you have completed the form, a member of our Returns Team will assess your claim and will contact you shortly. Please hold off on returning products until a member of our team has called you to confirm.

I have received notification that my product needs to be returned

If a member of our Returns Team has advised you that your product can be returned please follow the guidelines below:


For Small Appliances (Kettles, Toasters etc): We will send you a returns slip to facilitate the return of your product. Simply attach the slip as instructed and return the product to us. 

For Large Appliances (Washing Machines, Dishwashers etc): You must repackage the appliance securely for shipping, we will not accept responsibility for damages occurred whilst shipping.

Please return the complete product. This includes all manuals, boxes, and accessories that may have been included with the product.

Please Note: A typical timeline for a refund to show in your account is up to 10 working days from the date processed, depending on your bank.


Ex-Display items purchased from may not be returned under change of mind requests. Any damage is cosmetic and does not affect the workings of the machine. Your manufacturer’s warranty is still valid as per the terms and conditions of these. Please ensure you have requested photos of any ex-display items you are purchasing if you would like see the exact cosmetic damage and ensure to check the item over fully before accepting your delivery.
