Customer Support Agent (Aftersales) 


This position will require the successful candidate to provide excellent customer experience to our customers nationwide in Ireland. Your role will combine administrative tasks, inbound call handling, and all-around customer experience assistance while continuing to meet and exceed the demands and SLA requirements of all customers.


  • Ensuring quick and effective resolution of all customer queries post purchase and delivery.
  • Liaising with other departments, supervisors and managers in order to provide the customer with required information within SLA.
  • Liaising with the warehouse and transport partners to arrange customer collections, exchanges.
  • Credit assistance: refunds request, investigation checking validity, background and refund reason,
  • Complaint resolution: dealing with telephone & email complaints
  • Problem Solving : uses logic & methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions; can see hidden problems; looks beyond the obvious and doesn’t stop at the first answers
  • Priority Setting: values time, concentrates his/hers efforts on the more important tasks; gets more done in less time than others

  • Is cool under pressure; does not become defensive or irritated when times are tough; can be counted on /can handle stress
  • Works well as part of a team, supporting colleagues and helping out willingly when required.
