Delivery Driver & Installer 

 

Job Type: Full-time

 

We are looking for an experienced delivery driver and competent installer to carry out our deliveries and appliance installations within the greater Dublin area. Excellent customer facing skills? Great organisation skills and attention to detail? On a daily basis, you will collect from our warehouse located in Citywest. Deliveries take place from 8am onwards.

 

Requirements

  • Over 25 years in age
  • Full clean drivers license & domestic delivery experience
  • Integrated and freestanding domestic appliance installation
  • Full flexible to work weekdays/weekends
  • Manual Handling Certification

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience/understanding of electrical appliances is preferred but not essential.
  • Electrical/Carpentry qualification preferred

Warehouse Operative

 

Job Type: Full-time

 

We are looking for an experienced warehouse operative to work in our Citywest warehouse. Great organisation skills and attention to detail? 

 

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • 45 hours over 6 day working week
  • Forklift experience - unloading & loading (ability to read load sheet /Manifest is essential)
  • Single Pallet in/out all day
  • Warehousing duties, completing daily tasks as per warehouse managers instructions
  • General Knowledge of stock and good organising skills
  • General housekeeping and yard duties

 

Essential Requirement

  • Counterbalance Licence & experience using Counterbalance Forklift is essential
  • Experience using Clamp Forklift is advantageous
  • Manual handling certificate is essential
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Excel is advantageous

Customer Experience Specialist

 

Job Type: Full-time

 

This position will require the successful candidate to provide excellent customer experience to our customers nationwide in Ireland. Your role will combine administrative tasks, inbound call handling, and all-around customer experience assistance while continuing to meet and exceed the demands and SLA requirements of all customers.

 

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring quick and effective resolution of all customer queries post purchase and delivery.
  • Liaising with other departments, supervisors and managers in order to provide the customer with required information within SLA.
  • Liaising with the warehouse and transport partners to arrange customer collections, exchanges.
  • Credit assistance: refunds request, investigation checking validity, background and refund reason,
  • Complaint resolution: dealing with telephone & email complaints
  • Problem Solving : uses logic & methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions; can see hidden problems; looks beyond the obvious and doesn’t stop at the first answers
  • Priority Setting: values time, concentrates his/hers efforts on the more important tasks; gets more done in less time than others
