Below are details associated with delivery we give to our customers. Please note that delivery options differ outside and inside the Greater Dublin Area. If we have not answered your question below, drop us a line here.
You'll see total delivery costs in your basket at checkout, including extra delivery options. We deliver nationwide and offer Next Day Delivery as standard on orders placed before 12 midday (next working day). No matter where you are, we always have the quickest and cheapest delivery nationwide. So sit back, relax, and enjoy your new appliance knowing that you got the best deal out there.
We deliver Monday-Friday (Nationwide) and Monday-Saturday (Greater Dublin Area). We are unable to facilitate specific timeslots and delivery times are based on the drivers route. If you've purchased a large appliance (in the Great Dublin Area) we will provide you with an estimated time of arrival on the day of delivery. Outside of the Great Dublin Area, your driver will contact you as he comes into the area.
All small appliances (including lawnmowers, barbecues, microwaves, mini fridges, tabletop fridges, and some cooker hoods) are delivered through An Post, and deliveries usually take between 1-2 working days. However, if you order before 12pm, your order should reach you the next day. If you miss your An Post delivery, don't worry! They will leave a "Sorry We Missed You" slip with details on how you can arrange to pick up your delivery from your local An Post depot, or have the delivery rescheduled for another day.
Please allow extra time for Sale Periods, e.g. Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Public Holidays, Bank Holidays and extended Holiday periods, e.g. Easter and Christmas. We do our best to meet all preferred delivery dates selected, but sometimes due to high order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, deliveries may be delayed or rescheduled.
Please note we operate a kerbside delivery and your delivery may not be brought inside unless installation is purchased. If there is an access issue your delivery will be left at the nearest accessible point.
When we deliver your item, we'll remove your old appliance for free. Please note, if you're returning a small appliance (including microwaves, lawnmowers and barbecues), please request a pre-paid return label here. Also, the old and new appliance you're buying must be like-for-like. Like-for-like means identical category, size, weight, and dimensions. For example, we cannot replace a slimline fridge freezer with an American fridge freezer.

If you have purchased installation and choose to allow the installer to disconnect the old applaince, but it cannot be disconnected unfortunately we will not be able to return to collect your recycling item, but we can advise of the nearest recycling centres available to you.
Please inspect all deliveries to ensure they are as described and in perfect condition before signing for them. Once a delivery has been signed for this is your acceptance of the delivery.
When placing an order you must advise of any difficulties that may arise with the delivery, such as stairs, narrow entryways, and restricted parking.
If upon delivery there are unreported difficulties, the delivery contractor may not continue with the delivery and you will be liable for any extra charges including redelivery fees and the cost of an extra person to assist.
In situations where we cannot gain access to the property we may be able to offer delivery to the nearest point possible i.e. your garage, the road in front of your house, so you can make your own arrangements.
If we believe successful re-delivery is viable we will attempt to do so, however we reserve the right to not re-attempt delivery.

If you live outside the GDA or your appliance doesn't fit through your doorway we will provide kerbside delivery. Kerbside Delivery means our driver will leave your purchased product in a safe place (This may be at your house or at an accessible area near you). For health and safety reasons, our drivers are unable to enter your property or assist you with the unpacking of your order. But don't worry, it will be safely waiting for you in a pallet that you can unpack at your leisure, whenever suits you! Due to the size and weight of some of our products, we recommend that you have some help on hand to assist with the moving of your order.
We also offer the option of using our Click&Collect service. To do this, simply give our customer service team a call on 01 531 2270 and place your order over the phone. Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday, 10am to 3pm and Saturday 7am to 9am and is located in Citywest, Dublin 24. Items will only be released to the card holder when the below documentation is shown to a staff member:
