Fitness

All-new heart rate sensing helps you track your heart rate and calories burned during workouts. Using LEDs that pulse invisible light 256 times per second — and sensor fusion from the accelerometers — AirPods Pro 3 give you incredibly accurate data for up to 50 different workout types in the Fitness app. And with a more secure in-ear fit, you can go all out and they won’t come out.
