How do I buy an appliance from AppliancesDelivered.ie?

Buying your product with AppliancesDelivered.ie is simple. Once you have chosen the product you would like to purchase simply select the ‘Add to cart’ button and proceed to payment.

How does payment work? 

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, and most other major credit cards. Any credit card or debit card method which may be used on the website must have a valid billing address and valid card issuing bank.

When will my order be delivered?

Maximum delivery time is up to 5 working days depending on your area. For more information please see our Delivery Information

Where do you deliver? 

We deliver to anywhere within the Republic of Ireland. 

How much does delivery cost?

What if I miss my delivery?

How can I get rid of my old appliance?

When delivering a new appliance, please request to take away your old appliance and then we will collect your old one for free and recycle it. Please ensure it is disconnected, clean, dry and ready to go with our driver. In relation to fridge/freezers these must be disconnected, fully defrosted, clean and dry or they will not be collected. 

I have changed my mind; how can I return my order?

Please visit our Returns & Cancellations page, fill in the form and one of our After Sales Team Members will be in contact with you.

My order was broken/damaged/not the product I ordered when it arrived. What happens now?

Any damaged/broken or incorrect deliveries must be reported to Appliances Delivered within 24 hours from receipt of delivery. Please visit our Returns & Cancellations page, fill out the form on the left and a member of our After Sales Team will be in touch shortly. 

What do I need in order to make a purchase?

You will need a valid credit or debit card and a valid email address. 

Can you post my invoice to me?

Invoices from AppliancesDelivered.ie will automatically be emailed to you following a purchase. We do not post invoices. If you have not received your invoice please contact us and we can arrange a copy to be shared with you. 

Are products or prices different for someone who is buying a product over the phone?

The price and service will not differ if you choose to buy over the phone or online. Online prices will always be the most up to date prices. AppliancesDelivered.ie recommend that you check the website for updated prices as these can change regularly.

Can I use a discount code when ordering over the phone?

Yes, you can. Please inform our team that you have a valid discount code before they proceed with processing your payment. Once payment has been processed it is final. 

What happens if my appliance is not working?

If your appliance is not working, please firstly troubleshoot your appliance using the user manual in case it is just a common problem that is resolved easily. Please visit our Returns & Cancellations page, fill out the form on the left and a member of our After Sales Team will be in touch shortly. 

What happens if I need to rearrange delivery Information?

Please fill in the form and send a rearrange delivery request.

Our Customer Service Team will contact you for further details.

It is very important that you fill in your name, email and your purchase's order ID. In the last field you can add any information you consider to be important.

How does the Price Match Guarantee work?

The AppliancesDelivered.ie Price Match Guarantee is valid at the time of purchase and depends on a valid offer online.

Please note:

The competitor’s item must be an identical model to that advertised on AppliancesDelivered.ie and must be in stock.

You must provide a URL to the identical model on the competitor’s website.

The price match promise offer does not apply to free items, multiple/bundle offers, negotiated prices/quotes, clearance items or limited stock, purchases made on finance or free delivery.

When matching prices, we will take into account relevant potential costs i.e. extra taxes and charges.
