Three steps to your cashback.
Place one order
Purchase eligible Miele appliances in one Appliances Delivered order between 1 September and 31 December 2026.
Keep your documents
Retain your purchase receipt, delivery evidence and serial number from each appliance. Final delivery must be by 15 January 2027.
Claim online
Submit from 30 days after delivery and no later than 90 days after delivery of the final eligible appliance.
Claims are processed and paid by Miele’s appointed promotion partner.

What customers need to know
- Only models included in Miele’s eligible product list qualify.
- All appliances in one claim must be purchased at the same time, from the same participating retailer and as part of the same order.
- Separate orders cannot be combined to increase the cashback amount.
- Proof of purchase, proof of delivery and appliance serial numbers are required.
- Returned, cancelled or refunded appliances cannot be included.
