You will achieve a very fast steak roasting on a separate infrared burner, as the infrared burner reaches a significantly higher temperature than standard burners inside the grill. When installing the burner, it is necessary to keep the distance from flammable materials - the manufacturer recommends 25 cm at the sides, 45 cm at the back and 1 m above the burner.
