Find your exact Oura Ring 5 fit before you order. The sizing kit contains a set of plastic sizing rings covering Oura Ring sizes 6 to 13, so you can confirm your size at home.
Oura uses its own sizing standard, which differs from standard ring sizes, so sizing with the kit gives an accurate result for the Oura Ring 5.
Wear your chosen sizing ring for at least 24 hours, including overnight, to confirm the fit — finger size naturally changes through the day.
